Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful information for contractors interested in joining 247 Emergency CallOut.

To join our network simply visit the contractor registration page and fill out the required details about your business, contact information and desired login credentials. After submitting the form you’ll receive an email containing a QR code and secret for Google Authenticator, which you must scan to enable two‑factor authentication before you can log in.

Two‑factor authentication protects your account by requiring a second code generated on your phone. After registering or being added as a worker you’ll receive a secret key and QR code by email. Install the Google Authenticator app (or another compatible authenticator app) on your smartphone, open it and choose Add new account → Scan QR code. Point the camera at the QR code to add your account. Each time you log in you’ll enter the six‑digit code displayed in the app.

As a registered contractor you can provide a broad range of tyre services including 24/7 roadside assistance, on‑site puncture repairs, wheel balancing and tyre fitting as well as scheduled fleet maintenance. You can tailor your offerings based on your team’s capabilities and the regions you serve. Visit our Services page for an overview of what we support.

After logging in you can create new jobs via your contractor dashboard. Specify the job details, location and urgency, then either assign it directly to an available worker or allow workers to accept the job themselves. Our platform tracks job statuses from creation through to completion, giving you full visibility and control.

If you have forgotten your password, please contact our support team using the details in your welcome email and they will initiate a secure password reset process. Should you lose access to your Google Authenticator codes (for example if you change phones), get in touch with us immediately. After verifying your identity we can reset your two‑factor authentication secret so you can set up a new authenticator.
